Thames Water has awarded framework contract for the provision of goods and services for its remote telemetry network worth an estimated £19.5 million in total.

The contract, for supply and support services for main remote telemetry units and support for the already installed units across the Thames Water estate was tendered in the following Lots:
- Lot 1a. Supply & Support services of main RTUs
- Lot 1b. Supply & Support services of small RTUs
- Lot 2. Supply & support services of enhanced pumping station RTUs
- Lot 3a. Support services of existing estate - Brodersen units
- Lot 3b. Support services of existing estate - Xylem units
- Lot 3c. Support services of existing estate - Rockwell Units
The initial term of the framework agreement is for 3 years with an option to extend up to a maximum of 8 years subject to performance.
The following companies have all won a place on the framework:
- Brodersen Systems UK Ltd (Lots 1a & 3a)
- Rockwell Automation Ltd (Lots 1a & 3c)
- Xylem Solutions UK Ltd (Lots1b, 2 & 3b)
